The Expert Communicator Certification™ program is a three-level, live interactive training series designed to transform your communication skills into leadership influence. Each level is an intensive workshop that builds upon the previous one. You'll receive a verified digital certification badge upon successfully completing each level. 

Yes. Prerequisites are mandatory. No exceptions. 

Each level builds on the previous one and you cannot skip levels.

• Level 2 Advanced Communicator requires completion of Level 1 (prerequisite is mandatory)
• Level 3 Expert Communicator requires completion of both Level 1 and Level 2 (prerequisites are mandatory)

Note: No exceptions or experience substitutions allowed

Level 1: Professional Communicator Certification (3 hours)
Master the fundamental mindset and psychology behind clear communication, including the 25-word sentence rule, active voice, visual design principles, and how to build your personal communication standards.

Level 2: Advanced Communicator Certification (3 hours)
Apply advanced techniques based on neuroscience to adapt messages for different audiences, use professional storytelling, and apply principles of influence to create action.

Level 3: Expert Communicator Certification (3 hours)
Navigate high-stakes executive and crisis communications, coach others using proven frameworks, and build communication capabilities across organizations.

Classes run daily, and every level is offered at least once per week. You'll have plenty of options to schedule your training around your commitments. 

We maintain a maximum class size of 25 participants to ensure quality interaction and personalized attention. 

All sessions are live and fully interactive.

This is not a self-paced course.

Everyone participates in hands-on exercises with the instructor and fellow participants in real-time.

All sessions are completed within these scheduled hours. There is no homework or between-session assignments.

Once you register and have completed payment, you will receive a link and class details. 

Yes. All participants must keep their cameras on and actively engage throughout the entire session.

This is a professional certification program that requires full participation.

No. Recording, photography, screen capture, or any form of session recording is strictly prohibited to protect privacy, intellectual property, and maintain a safe learning environment for all participants.

Note: We reserve the right to remove participants who:

• Behave unprofessionally or disrespectfully
• Violate confidentiality agreements
• Attempt to record or screenshot sessions

• Computer with reliable internet connection (10 Mbps or higher recommended)
• Webcam and microphone (built-in or external)
• Something to write with and on for exercises
• Quiet, distraction-free environment for the duration of the session

Note: Please prepare before your session. All sessions are hands-on and include practical exercises. Before the session, test your equipment and connection.

Each session follows a learn-practice-discuss format.

You will learn a concept, immediately practice applying it, then discuss your work with the instructor and fellow participants.

This ensures active engagement and practical application throughout the session.

You are encouraged to engage and participate as much as you want.

Active participation enhances your learning, but you can control your level of involvement based on your comfort level while still meeting the participation requirements for certification.

Yes. International participants are welcome as long as they speak English, as all sessions are conducted in English.

Sessions are held daily, providing flexibility for different time zones.

Our instructors are experienced communication professionals who specialize in communications psychology, evidence-based content strategies, and behavioral communication.

All instructors have extensive backgrounds in training professionals across various industries.

A digital certification badge is a verified, web-based certification that proves your accomplishment.

Each badge includes:

• Your name and certification level
• Date of completion
• Unique verification code
• Skills you've acquired
• Verifiable link that can be shared

To earn your certification badge, you must:

1. Attend the entire session (full duration required)
2. Participate actively in all exercises
3. Take the final assessment
4. Score at least 80% on the assessment (Levels 1 & 2) or 85% (Level 3)

Once you earn your badge, you can display it anywhere to validate your communication expertise.

Common uses include:

• Add it to your LinkedIn profile under Certifications
• Include it in your email signature
• Post on social media to showcase your expertise
• Add to your resume or CV
• Share the verification link with employers or clients

Valedictorian Badge!

If you score 100% on any of the assessments, you will receive two badges at no additional cost.

You will earn a Valedictorian Badge and a Certification Badge.

Course Completion Badge vs. Certification Badge:

• If you attend the course but do not take the assessment, you will receive a Course Completion Badge
• If you take the assessment but do not pass, you will receive a Course Completion Badge
• If you pass the assessment, you will receive a Certification Badge

Note: A Course Completion or Certification Badge will allow you to progress to the next level.

The assessment consists of multiple choice and true/false questions designed to test your understanding of the concepts and frameworks taught during the session. 

The assessment takes approximately 15-20 minutes to complete and is incorporated into the 3-hour sessions.  

Yes. We will review the assessment answers after completion. 

After completing the course, you will receive an email notification from Credly.
You will create an account, sign in, and be able to accept the badge.
You can then share and display your achievement. 

No. Your certification is permanent and requires no renewal.

Once earned, it's yours for life.

Level 1 (Professional Communicator):

• No prerequisites - open to all professionals
• Complete pre-registration (5 minutes)

Level 2 (Advanced Communicator):

• MANDATORY: Must have completed Level 1 and earned completion or certification badge
• Level 1 certification badge required
• Complete pre-registration (2 questions, approximately 10 minutes)

Level 3 (Expert Communicator):

• MANDATORY: Must have completed both Level 1 and Level 2 and earned completion or certification badges
• Level 1 and 2 certification badge required
• Complete pre-registration (3 questions, approximately 20 minutes)
• Brief pre-registration review and approval within 48 hours

Each level builds directly on concepts from the previous level.

Without the foundational knowledge, you won't be able to fully engage with advanced concepts.

This ensures:

• Everyone in the class is at the same skill level
• You get maximum value from the training
• The certification maintains its credibility and professional value
• Peer exercises are meaningful and productive

The application takes approximately 15-20 minutes to complete.

You'll answer three short questions about your current communication challenges, your motivation for pursuing Expert certification, and your certification goals.

You will need to be accepted to participate in Level 3 training.

We review all applications to ensure readiness for Expert-level concepts and verify prerequisite completion.

You'll receive confirmation within 48 business hours.

Certification requires full attendance:  

• Arriving more than 15 minutes late disqualifies you from completion or certification
• Leaving early disqualifies you from completion or certification

• Active participation is required
• No partial certifications are awarded

We ask for your commitment to attend, as last-minute cancellations impact our ability to serve others.

• Cancel 5 business days or fewer before the first session: No refund
• No-shows: No refund
• Dismissal for conduct violations: No refund

Note: Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days.

 Yes, rescheduling is subject to availability.

• First reschedule: Free (no fee)
• Second reschedule: $50 rescheduling fee
• Maximum reschedules: You can only reschedule twice per level

Rescheduling is not guaranteed and depends on available session dates.

In the rare event that we must cancel a session, you will:

• Receive immediate notification via email
• Be offered alternative session dates at no additional cost
• Receive a full refund if no alternative dates work for your schedule

No. Registrations cannot be transferred because all participants must complete the required prerequisites and commitment forms specific to their own learning journey. 

Yes. We reserve the right to remove participants who:

• Disrupt the learning environment
• Fail to participate actively with camera on
• Behave unprofessionally or disrespectfully
• Violate confidentiality agreements
• Attempt to record or screenshot sessions

Note: Dismissals result in forfeiture of all fees with no refund. This policy protects the learning environment and experience for all participants.
